Increases the maximum fine the Department may impose for disciplinary violations under the Real Estate License Act of 2000 from $25,000 to $35,000 for any one or any combination of grounds for discipline.

Applies to all 42 enumerated grounds for discipline including fraud, misrepresentation, unlicensed practice, advertising violations, escrow account mismanagement, and other misconduct by real estate brokers and salespersons.

Maintains all existing disciplinary actions available to the Department such as license refusal, renewal denial, probation, suspension, revocation, and reprimand in addition to the increased fine authority.
