Prohibits sale or distribution of reusable children's food or beverage containers (including baby bottles and sippy cups) containing bisphenol-A (BPA) beginning June 1, 2012.

Prohibits sale or distribution of infant formula and baby food stored in cans, jars, or plastic containers containing BPA beginning June 1, 2016.

Authorizes Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Public Health to participate in an interstate chemical safety clearinghouse to share data on chemical hazards and promote safer alternatives.

Requires manufacturers and wholesalers to notify retailers at least 90 days before each restriction takes effect; retailers who unknowingly sell restricted products are exempt from liability.

Grants Attorney General enforcement authority including power to issue subpoenas, conduct investigations, seek injunctive relief, and impose civil penalties up to $50,000 per violation.
