IL HB1641

Removes the Home Inspector License Act from the list of acts repealed on January 1, 2012 under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Extends the repeal date for the Home Inspector License Act to January 1, 2022 by adding it to a new section for acts repealed on that later date.

Amends sections 5 ILCS 80/4.22 and adds new section 5 ILCS 80/4.32 to the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
