Reduces the decision deadline for fence viewers from 90 days to 60 days after a matter is submitted to them under the Fence Act.

Allows county board or township board of trustees to assume jurisdiction if fence viewers fail to decide within the 60-day period.

Provides a second 60-day deadline for the county board or township board of trustees to make a decision after the initial fence viewer deadline expires.

Permits either party to petition the circuit court if neither the fence viewers nor the county/township boards make a decision within the applicable timeframes.
