Requires courts to order parents, guardians, or legal custodians to attend antigang violence parenting classes when a minor is found delinquent for a gang-related offense and is a first-time offender allowed to remain in parental custody.

Mandates the Department of Children and Family Services establish curriculum including victim impact sessions, identifying gang activity in children, effective communication with adolescents, support agency resources, and potential criminal penalties for gang offenses.

Makes parents, guardians, spouses, or support persons and their estates liable for class costs, unless the court finds insufficient financial ability based on household income, obligations, dependents, and payment capacity.

Defines "gang-related" offenses using the same definition as the Illinois Streetgang Terrorism Omnibus Prevention Act.
