Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 to add Article 24.7 regulating the sale and use of etching acid.

Defines "etching acid" as any liquid, cream, paste, or similar chemical substance that can etch, draw, carve, engrave, or otherwise alter glass or metal.

Prohibits selling etching acid to persons under 18 years of age; sellers must demand and verify adequate written proof of age and identity using government-issued documents such as a driver's license, state ID card, or military ID.

Makes it a Class A misdemeanor for a seller to violate the age restriction on selling etching acid.

Makes it a Class A misdemeanor to knowingly use etching acid to damage, deface, deform, or destroy another person's property without the owner's consent.
