Amends the Illinois Election Code Section 19A-15 regarding early voting polling place hours.

Early voting period begins 22 days before a general primary, consolidated primary, or general election and extends through the 5th day before election day.

Permanent early voting polling places must remain open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Election authorities may close polling places if they determine for good cause that a weather emergency, public emergency, or act of God requires closure.
