Appropriates $2,001,300 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for operational expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011

Appropriates $100,000 from the Agricultural Premium Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for all costs associated with the Rural Affairs Council, including grants and administrative expenses

Appropriates $50,000 from the Lieutenant Governor's Grant Fund to be expended in accordance with the terms and conditions upon which such funds were received

Total appropriations of $2,151,300 across all fund sources for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor

Act takes effect July 1, 2011
