Appropriates $11,421,900 total to the Illinois Arts Council for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011: $9,471,900 from General Funds and $1,950,000 from Federal Funds

Allocates $1,939,700 from General Revenue Fund for Council operations including personal services ($1,319,000), social security contributions ($101,000), contractual services ($275,000), and other administrative expenses

Provides $5,352,200 from General Revenue Fund for grants and financial assistance to arts organizations, individual artists, underserved constituencies, and arts education programs

Appropriates $1,850,000 from General Revenue Fund for grants to public radio and television stations and related administrative expenses pursuant to the Public Radio and Television Grant Act

Allocates $1,850,000 from Federal Grant Fund for cultural environment grants and education leadership institute administrative costs and grants

Takes effect July 1, 2011
