Appropriates $4,481,700 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Property Tax Appeal Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011.

Allocates $2,455,000 for personal services and $839,400 for contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System.

Provides $610,500 for group insurance, $188,800 for Social Security contributions, and $47,000 for contractual services.

Includes $200,000 for costs associated with the appeal process and reestablishment of a Cook County office.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
