Appropriates $92,500 in General Funds for the State Employees' Retirement System's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011

Allocates $84,500 for operations under the Social Security Enabling Act, including $49,100 for personal services, $29,400 for contractual services, and $3,800 for state contributions to Social Security

Provides $8,000 from the General Revenue Fund for employee retirement contributions paid by employer for prior fiscal year under Central Office operations

Effective date is July 1, 2011
