Appropriates $100,731,300 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2012

Personal Services allocation of $87,121,100 includes salaries and accrued but unpaid compensation to academic personnel for the 2011-2012 academic year

Additional allocations include: Group Insurance ($2,337,300), Contractual Services ($6,823,000), Commodities ($1,484,800), Equipment ($1,145,800), and Telecommunications Services ($797,300)

Appropriates $36,000 from the State College and University Trust Fund for scholarship grant awards in accordance with Public Act 91-0083

Takes effect July 1, 2011
