Appropriates $882,888,800 total for the Illinois Department on Aging for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, comprised of $798,883,400 in General Funds, $7,195,000 in Other State Funds, and $76,810,400 in Federal Funds

Allocates funding across five departmental divisions: Executive Office ($1,360,200), Finance and Administration ($6,853,000), Home and Community Services ($3,332,100), Planning Research and Development ($1,088,100), and Communications and Outreach ($764,800)

Appropriates $14,589,000 for operations including elder abuse and neglect services ($9,937,800), senior helpline ($2,155,300), home delivered meals ($1,600,000), and grandparents raising grandchildren programs ($242,300)

Provides $773,900,800 in grants-in-aid for community care programs ($701,440,900), comprehensive care coordination ($58,856,800), area agencies on aging services ($7,183,500), and ombudsman programs ($351,900)

Appropriates $68,325,800 from federal Services for Older Americans funds for nutrition services ($24,475,800), Title III social services ($17,000,000), employment services ($6,000,000), and other aging programs

Appropriates $4,500,000 for the Senior Citizens Circuit Breaker and Pharmaceutical Assistance Program from the Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund
