Appropriates $2,878,800 total to the Human Rights Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011: $2,778,800 from General Funds and $100,000 from Federal Funds

Allocates $2,178,800 from General Revenue Fund for General Office expenses including Personal Services ($1,849,700), State Contributions to Social Security ($131,800), Contractual Services ($135,000), and other operational costs

Appropriates $600,000 from General Revenue Fund for expenses associated with the Illinois Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission

Appropriates $100,000 from Special Projects Division Fund for costs associated with processing and adjudicating cases under Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development contracts

Takes effect July 1, 2011
