Appropriates $58,385,100 total for the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, comprised of $44,132,000 in General Funds, $2,077,500 in Other State Funds, and $12,175,600 in Federal Funds

Allocates $877,500 from the Violence Prevention Fund for Authority operations including personal services ($510,100), retirement and social security contributions, group insurance, and administrative expenses

Appropriates $1,200,000 from the Violence Prevention Fund and $1,583,900 from the General Revenue Fund for grants under the Violence Prevention Act of 1995 and violence prevention programs

Provides $33,500,000 for the Neighborhood Recovery Initiative and $4,000,000 for the Safety Net Works program, plus $600,000 for the Illinois Family Violence Coordinating Council Program and $300,000 for Bullying Prevention

Allocates $16,293,700 for sexual assault victim assistance, after-school youth support programs, community grants, family violence prevention services, and rape prevention education from multiple funding sources
