Increases notice requirement for township meetings from 10 days to 15 days before the meeting, for both posting in public places and agenda adoption.

Extends notice requirement for public hearings on township property leases to not-for-profit corporations from 10 days to 15 days before the hearing.

Extends notice requirement for referendum on property tax increases from 10 days to 15 days before the township meeting.

Adds language to Section 30-205 specifying that advisory referendum questions must be "directly related to the business of the township."

Takes effect upon becoming law.
