• Requires all advance deposit wagers placed within Illinois to be processed through Board-approved advance deposit wagering licensees, with no other entity permitted to accept such wagers from Illinois residents.

• Specifies that moneys retained by organization licensees from advance deposit wagering must be split 50% to the organization licensee's purse account and 50% to the organization licensee itself.
