IL HB2950

Amends the Campus Security Enhancement Act of 2008 to require campus police departments at higher education institutions to release all files and information relating to student suspensions, expulsions, or withdrawals to local law enforcement agencies.

Applies only when a student is suspended, expelled, or withdraws from a higher education institution for engaging in disruptive or antisocial behavior.

Defines "higher education institution" by reference to Section 20 of the Campus Security Enhancement Act of 2008.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
