Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to define unfair methods of competition and unfair/deceptive practices in insurance business.

Prohibits basing employee or contracted claims personnel compensation, performance bonuses, or incentives on the number of policies canceled or rescinded.

Prohibits basing compensation on the number of times coverage is denied or the use of quotas/caps limiting the number or volume of claims.

Prohibits basing compensation on arbitrary quotas or caps limiting claim payment amounts without due consideration to claim merits.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
