• Amends Illinois Vehicle Code and Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act to address visitation abuse by allowing courts to suspend driving privileges of parties found to have violated visitation orders.

• Court may suspend driving privileges until the party demonstrates sufficient compliance with the visitation order for a sufficient period of time, or issue a family responsibility driving permit for limited employment and medical driving.

• Court may order suspension or revocation of a professional license for up to 6 months and impose fines up to $500 per finding of visitation abuse.

• For repeat violations, court may incarcerate the offending parent one day for each day of denied visitation or require posting a $5,000 bond subject to forfeiture to ensure future visitation compliance.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
