IL HB3226

Amends the Election Code Section 6-50 regarding board of election commissioners office hours.

Removes the requirement that the office be open from 9 a.m. to 12 o'clock noon on the last four Saturdays immediately preceding the end of the registration period before each election.

Maintains requirement that the office remain open during ordinary business hours on weekdays and at other times as the board may direct.

Retains all other provisions regarding registration restrictions during the 27-35 days preceding elections based on municipality population size.
