Amends the Condominium Property Act to prohibit unit owners from voting by proxy in board officer elections, while allowing voting by mail ballot.

Requires ballots to be mailed or distributed 10-30 days before the election meeting and include all candidates who timely submitted their names.

Allows unit owners who submit ballots by mail to request and cast a ballot in person at the election meeting, voiding any previously submitted mail ballot.

Permits a written petition from unit owners holding 20% of association votes to trigger a meeting to reject a board-adopted rule prohibiting proxy voting within 30 days.

Maintains existing proxy voting rights for all other association matters beyond board elections, with proxies valid for 11 months unless otherwise specified.
