Adds "aeronautic use" to the Recreational Use of Land and Water Areas Act, defining it as entry onto a private airstrip for recreational non-commercial flight activities with ultra light or other aircraft.

Includes private airstrips in the definition of "land" covered by the Act and designates persons using airstrips for aeronautic use as covered "persons" under the statute.

Establishes that landowners owe no duty of care to keep private airstrip premises safe for aeronautic use by others, except for known hazards or defects.

Extends liability protections to landowners who permit aeronautic use without charge, preventing them from being held liable for injuries caused by conditions on the premises, except for willful and wanton conduct.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
