Appropriates $1,850,000 from the Agricultural Premium Fund for rehabilitation of county fairgrounds

Appropriates $329,300 from the Agricultural Premium Fund for agricultural education programs approved by the Department of Agriculture

Appropriates $900,900 from the Fair and Exposition Fund for distribution to County Fairs and Fair and Exposition Authorities

Appropriates $6,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for grants to soil and water conservation districts for personnel, education, promotional assistance, and administrative expenses
