Authorizes law enforcement and Department of Natural Resources officials to seize dangerous animals or primates possessed in violation of the Illinois Dangerous Animals Act upon probable cause.

Dangerous animals or primates seized and judicially determined to be in violation are deemed forfeited and must be placed in custody of an accredited zoo or wildlife sanctuary.

Requires courts to allow seized animal owners or facilities to request security payments from the owner to cover reasonable care expenses, including medical care and boarding for 30 days.

Mandates veterinarians who observe dangerous animals in violation of the Act must report to the Department with owner information and animal details, with immunity from civil or criminal liability for good faith reports.

Allows corporations to be charged with violations of the Act for actions of employees or agents who violate the Act during employment, and permits voluntary relinquishment of dangerous animals in lieu of posting security.
