Increases required days of actual pupil attendance from 180 days to 182 days for full-year school calendars under Section 10-19.1.

Removes obsolete provision regarding the 1980-1981 school year that had allowed 175 days of actual pupil attendance.

Updates references to the attendance day requirement from 176 days to 180 days in Section 18-8.05 regarding State aid calculations and in Section 18-12 regarding State aid claim reductions (adjusting the reduction percentage from 0.56818% to 0.55556% per day).
