Removes "private clubs" from the definition of "public place" in the Smoke Free Illinois Act by striking the reference in Section 10.

Adds a new exemption (7) in Section 35 that explicitly allows smoking in private clubs.

Defines "private club" as a not-for-profit association that has existed for at least 3 years, operates exclusively for recreational, fraternal, social, patriotic, political, benevolent, or athletic purposes without pecuniary gain, and is managed by a board or executive committee with established bylaws and federal tax-exempt status under 26 U.S.C. 501.

Exempts private clubs from the smoke-free restrictions that apply to other public places like restaurants, bars, and government facilities.
