Amends the Condominium Property Act to include "high speed Internet" cable alongside cable television in easement provisions, allowing unit owners to authorize easements for laying both types of cable.

Requires majority vote (more than 50%) of unit owners at a meeting to authorize easement grants, with terms and conditions set by local municipal ordinances for both cable television and high speed Internet services.

Grants the board of managers authority to obtain bulk high speed Internet service for all condominium units on an identical service and equal cost per unit basis, similar to existing cable television provisions.

Allows the board to assess and recover high speed Internet service expenses as a common expense, with each unit charged on an equal cost per unit basis as determined by the board.
