Establishes mandatory reporting requirements for stun gun and taser use by state and local law enforcement officers from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2017.

Officers must record 23 specific data points following each stun gun or taser use, including subject demographics, incident details, device specifications, number of activations, injuries, and officer identification.

Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority must provide a standardized data compilation form and receive semi-annual reports from law enforcement agencies by March 1 and August 1 each year.

Authority must analyze reported data for statistically significant aberrations and submit annual findings to the Governor, General Assembly, and law enforcement agencies by July 1 each year.

Act repeals on July 1, 2018.
