Amends the Taxi Safety Act of 2007 by adding Section 15 requiring circuit court clerks to provide taxi violation records to government units that regulate taxi drivers.

In counties where vehicle citation records are not publicly available, circuit court clerks must furnish lists of all moving violations involving taxis or taxi drivers upon request.

Applies only to units of government that license, register, or regulate taxi drivers in their jurisdiction.

Addresses a lack of information available to state and local officials regarding the number and type of traffic violations involving taxis to improve street safety.
