Establishes Internet reporting tool option for mandated reporters to report suspected abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of eligible adults to designated agencies or the Department.

Requires mandated reporters to file reports within 24 hours when they believe an eligible adult unable to seek assistance has experienced abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation within the previous 12 months.

Ensures information submitted through Internet reporting tool is subject to the same confidentiality rules as other types of reports established by designated agencies or the Department.

Maintains existing protections providing immunity from civil, criminal, and professional disciplinary liability for persons making good faith reports of elder abuse or neglect.

Preserves penalties for physicians, dentists, dental hygienists, optometrists, and other mandated reporters who willfully fail to report suspected abuse or neglect, including Class A misdemeanor charges for non-licensed mandated reporters.
