Amends the Assistive Technology Warranty Act to allow consumers to file complaints about nonconforming devices with the Illinois Attorney General's Office.

Requires the Attorney General to designate an Assistant Attorney General from the Consumer Fraud Bureau to handle complaints and establish a toll-free phone number and website for filing complaints.

Designates violations of the Assistive Technology Warranty Act's replacement and refund provisions as unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, granting the Attorney General full enforcement powers and remedies.

Permits courts to award actual damages to persons harmed when the Attorney General brings enforcement actions.

Makes conforming changes to Section 2Z of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act to include the Assistive Technology Warranty Act among violations it covers.
