Extends the sunset date of the Naprapathic Practice Act from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2023, allowing the profession to continue operating under state regulation.

Replaces the Naprapathic Examining Committee with a hearing officer system and consolidates administrative authority under the Secretary (formerly Director) of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Increases maximum disciplinary fines from $5,000 to $10,000 per violation and clarifies grounds for discipline including malpractice, cheating on licensing exams, and false advertising.

Adds new confidentiality requirements protecting investigative information while making formal complaints and orders against licensees public records.

Requires applicants to provide Social Security Numbers and establishes procedures for license renewal, restoration, and evaluation of physical or mental fitness to practice.
