Amends Section 15-107 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding length limits for semitrailers on Class I highways.

Exempts trailers used for transporting livestock from the kingpin-to-rear-axle distance limit of 45 feet 6 inches for semitrailers longer than 48 feet.

Applies the same livestock exemption to Class II highways and Class III/non-designated State highways with their respective kingpin distance limits.

Allows livestock trailers to exceed standard axle distance requirements while maintaining compliance with all other vehicle length and dimension regulations.
