Amends the definition of "land" under the Recreational Use of Land and Water Areas Act to exclude a dwelling and immediately adjacent property used primarily for living activities, replacing the broader exclusion of "residential buildings or residential property."

Expands "recreational or conservation purpose" to include any recreational pursuit or activity engaged in for exercise, relaxation, sport, pleasure, or education, in addition to hunting and recreational shooting.

Adds to the definition of "charge" a nominal fee requested by the owner for defraying the cost of maintaining the land, which is not considered a profit-seeking charge.

Clarifies that owners who request a nominal maintenance fee are not limited in their liability protection under the Act for injuries occurring on the land.

Modifies liability exceptions to exclude liability based upon naturally occurring conditions, features, or properties on the land.
