• Removes the requirement for legal descriptions in public hearing notices for special uses under Section 5-12009.5, requiring only street addresses and property index numbers instead.

• Modifies Section 5-12014 to allow notices for zoning amendments to omit metes and bounds legal descriptions if they include street addresses and property index numbers of affected parcels.

• Takes effect upon becoming law.
