Requires licensed day care centers, day care homes, and group day care homes to test facilities for radon at least once every 3 years, effective January 1, 2013, with rules established by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.

Makes radon testing proof a requirement for initial license applications and license renewals effective January 1, 2014, with facilities needing to demonstrate testing within the last 3 years.

Mandates posting of the most current radon measurement report in the facility next to the license, with copies provided to parents or guardians upon request.

Requires a specific disclosure statement about radon testing and health risks (noting 4.0 pCi/L as the corrective action level) to be included with radon reports, with contact information for the IEMA Radon Program.

Amends the Illinois Radon Awareness Act to require sellers to provide only "the most current" radon test records and reports to buyers (rather than "all available" records) in residential real estate transactions.
