Amends the Employment and Economic Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities Task Force Act to change administrative oversight from the Governor's office to the Illinois Department of Employment Security

Task Force must be appointed and hold its first meeting within 90 days after the effective date, convened by the Governor with co-chairs including a Governor-designated representative and a public member elected by public members

Comprises state government representatives from multiple departments including Human Services, Healthcare and Family Services, Veterans' Affairs, Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Employment Security, Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities, and Education

Includes up to 15 Governor-appointed public members representing disability advocacy organizations, assistive technology providers, veterans advocates, centers for independent living, labor, higher education, business, and employment service providers, with at least 5 members having disabilities

Task Force members serve voluntarily without compensation, with accommodations provided to enable full participation by members with disabilities
