Amends the Open Meetings Act to require public bodies with websites maintained by full-time staff to post meeting agendas and notices on their websites in addition to physical posting requirements.

Requires agendas for regular meetings to be posted at least 48 hours in advance at the principal office and meeting location, and remain posted on websites until the meeting concludes.

Mandates that all agendas set forth the general subject matter of any resolution or ordinance that will be subject to final action at the meeting.

Requires that at least one copy of the notice and agenda be continuously available for public review during the entire 48-hour period before the meeting, with website posting satisfying this requirement.

Specifies that failure to post notices or agendas on a website does not invalidate any meeting or actions taken, and lack of availability due to circumstances outside the public body's control does not invalidate meetings.
