Amends the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Act by making a technical change to Section 10 that removes redundant language.

The Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund is established as a special fund in the State Treasury to be used for remedial action of drycleaning solvent releases and environmental insurance related to drycleaning facilities.

Fund moneys are deposited by the Council and may be invested by the State Treasurer, with interest and investment income credited back to the Fund; moneys do not revert to the General Revenue Fund at fiscal year end.

The State and General Revenue Fund are not liable for claims related to drycleaning facilities, and all Fund expenses are payable solely from the Fund itself.

Fund liability is limited to the extent of coverage provided by the applicable account and the moneys available to the Fund, with no remedy permitted that would exceed current funding or restrict availability for higher priority sites.
