Amends Section 407.2 of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act concerning delivery of controlled substances to pregnant women.

Removes redundant language by striking one instance of "the" in the phrase describing maximum imprisonment sentences.

Allows sentencing up to twice the maximum term authorized by Section 401 for delivering controlled substances to a woman known to be pregnant.

Establishes that delivering large amounts of controlled substances (as defined in Section 401 subsections (c) and (d)) to a pregnant woman constitutes a Class 1 felony with fines not exceeding $250,000.
