Amends the Crematory Regulation Act by making a technical correction to Section 7 concerning the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's powers and duties.

Removes a duplicative instance of the word "the" in the section describing the Department's authority to exercise powers and duties related to crematory regulation.

Maintains the Department's existing powers including setting standards for crematory authority licensing, examining and auditing licensed crematories, investigating unlicensed activity, conducting disciplinary hearings, formulating rules, and maintaining rosters of licensees.

Section is scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2021.
