Prohibits gaming positions operated within Chicago's corporate limits from being physically located within 20 miles of gaming positions operated by a Des Plaines licensee that relocates under Section 11.2 of the Riverboat Gambling Act.

Restricts admission taxes and fees imposed on a Des Plaines licensee that relocates under Section 11.2 from being distributed to any municipality other than Des Plaines.

Voids any revenue-sharing agreements that violate the prohibition on distributing Des Plaines licensee taxes and fees to other municipalities.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage.
