Amends the Illinois Municipal Code to add Section 6-4-7.5 regarding mob action at municipal events.

Authorizes a mayor who deems mob action likely to occur at a municipality-hosted event to enter into agreements with law enforcement agencies to deputize personnel.

Permits the mayor to change fines for resisting a police officer or aiding escape during such events.

Allows the mayor to amend operating hours for public parks, playgrounds, and other public spaces in response to anticipated mob action.

Enables the mayor to execute limited agreements with public and private entities for security and logistical goods or services.
