Appropriates $686,334,300 from the Education Assistance Fund for University of Illinois operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.

Appropriates $800,000 for the Hispanic Center for Excellence at the Chicago campus and $1,250,000 for the Public Policy Institute at the Chicago campus.

Appropriates $15,826,500 for Prairie Research Institute operating costs and $2,834,700 from Fire Prevention Fund for Illinois Fire Service Institute operations and the Cornerstone Training Program.

Appropriates funds for specific programs including Dixon Springs Agricultural Center ($328,300), College of Dentistry ($350,000), scholarship grants ($250,000), mosquito abatement and research ($400,000 combined), hazardous waste research ($425,000), and pharmacy education programs at Rockford ($500,000).

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
