Removes the Naprapathic Practice Act from the list of acts repealing on January 1, 2013 under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Creates a new provision establishing January 1, 2023 as the repeal date for the Naprapathic Practice Act, extending its authorization by 10 years.

Amends 5 ILCS 80/4.23 and adds new 5 ILCS 80/4.33 to the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
