Amends Section 1-2 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/1-2) to make a technical change regarding construction of the School Code.

Changes the opening language from "The provisions of this Act" to clarify that provisions identical to prior statutes constitute a continuation rather than a new enactment.

Establishes that references in other statutes to prior Acts or sections that are continued in the School Code shall be interpreted as referring to the School Code provisions.

Makes a grammatical or stylistic revision to the construction clause without altering substantive legal meaning.
