• Renames the Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Program to the Motor Vehicle Insurance Fraud and Theft Prevention Program in the Illinois Vehicle Code

• Makes conforming name changes in the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Act and the State Finance Act to align with the updated Act, Council, and Trust Fund names
