Amends the Wildlife Code to add "cattle pastures" to the list of property types for which the Department of Natural Resources can issue permits to remove or destroy wildlife causing damage.

Allows landowners, tenants, and sharecroppers to request Department investigation when wildlife damages dams, levees, ditches, cattle pastures, or other property on their land.

Permits issued for wildlife damage control are valid for up to 90 days and must specify the means, methods, and persons authorized to remove or destroy the wildlife.

Requires permit holders to report within 10 days after permit expiration on the number and species of wildlife taken, their disposition, and other information requested by the Department.

Establishes specific requirements for Drainage Districts controlling beaver, including 7-day advance notice, trap identification, water depth requirements, and annual reporting of species and numbers of animals caught.
