Creates new crime of "abuse of a corpse" under Section 12-20.6 of the Criminal Code of 1961, defining corpse as the dead body of a human being.

Establishes two criminal offenses: (1) intentionally engaging in sexual conduct with a corpse or involving a corpse, classified as a Class 2 felony; and (2) intentionally removing or carrying away a corpse without legal authorization, classified as a Class 4 felony.

Exempts from the removal/carrying away offense: county medical examiners, coroners, licensed funeral directors and embalmers, cemetery personnel, emergency medical personnel and physicians attempting resuscitation, licensed physicians and medical students, and organ procurement agency personnel.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
